Shipping policy

Below are the delivery services that we offer as well as any important information to consider before placing your order on our website. Once your order has been submitted by default you agree that you have read, understood, and agree with the information on this page.

Delivery Lead Times

All delivery lead times are estimates and not a guaranteed timeframe for delivery. Certain factors outside of our control may affect the actual delivery date where we cannot assume responsibility, as such, we may not be able to offer credits for deliveries outside of the estimated lead times.

• Economy Delivery - 2-3 Working Days
• Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days

Delivery Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 3.30pm will add an additional working day to the lead time. For example, an order placed on our express delivery service after 3.30pm on a Tuesday will arrive on the Thursday at the latest.

Delivery Days

Delivery days may also be referred to as “working days”. A “working day” is defined as Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays. For example, an order placed on a Monday on our standard delivery service before the day's cut-off is estimated to be delivered by the Thursday at the latest (as the third “working day” on a 2-3 working day delivery service).

Re-Delivery Charges

You may be required to be present at the premises to sign for the goods and assist with offloading the vehicle. If you are unable to sign for the goods at the time of delivery, or assist with the vehicle offload then re-delivery charges may apply.

Please be aware, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that suitable access for the vehicle is available - if delivery is failed due to limited access redelivery or restocking charges may apply.
